An easy/short walk to shopping an dining. Comfortable and cozy, featuring a curated mix of vintage and modern design. The first floor includes a small foyer, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining space for 6, a half bath, and a living room with plenty of seating for hanging out and entertaining. We have board games & puzzles, art supplies, blocks, and games for kids, too. All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a full bath. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. Guests will have full use of the house, yard, and patio during their stay. We live very close by, and are available to assist with any needs or issues. We're just a text away! Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Gospel Hill Historic District, just steps from the heart of downtown. Grab a coffee, and take a stroll to appreciate all the historic character and charm of the neighborhood on foot. Street parking directly in front of the house. Please note: there is a set of stairs from the street to the house (approximately 1 flight). Please note, the house is on an elevated lot from the street and there is a set of stairs to walk up to access the front door. We are located on a quiet street and ask that you respect our neighbors with quiet time after 9 pm.
